lorensbergs launches connect2 events module
To meet the ever-growing ebooking needs of our customers, we have expanded our connect2 ebooking solution with the launch of our connect2 events module, developed to manage bookings for events, including training courses, exhibitions, workshops, talks, leisure events and more.
connect2 events enables staff to create and publish individual or multiple events which can then be booked by users of the system. Using the search facility, users can find individual and multiple events that are relevant to their requirements, whether it be by event time, type or location. connect2 events gives users the added option of being placed on a waiting list if the event is full, and are notified should a place become available.
A web-based solution, connect2 events improves efficiencies and reduces administration for staff. By centralising processes, all users view the same booking screen, preventing double bookings from being made and offering an enhanced customer experience.
