In addition to regular visits from our Business Development Managers, we like to stay in touch with our customers through a variety of different events and exhibitions to ensure that you are kept right up to date, all of the time, on our netloan and connect2 booking solutions.
Some of the ways we do this include:
User groups
Our netloan user groups occur once a year and take place over five regions across the UK. Our user groups aim to enable our customers to network with others in their region and build up the netloan community in the UK.
Our user groups act as a valuable channel to discuss the needs and requirements of our customers, which help to shape the development of our netloan solution.

Product taster days
New for 2009 were our product taster sessions where both customers and non-customers had the exclusive opportunity to see, feel and experience our self-service products in just one morning session.
