Connect2 Events

connect2 events has been developed to efficiently manage event bookings and course bookings within universities and colleges.  Perfect for activities such as exhibitions and training courses, the event management software enables staff to create and publish events which can then be booked by your students via your website or intranet.

Using the search facility, students can find individual and multiple events that are relevant to their requirements, whether it be by event time, type or location. They can then book they're place using the connect2 event booking software based on their search.

Each event will show how many places are available, and students are given the option of being placed on a waiting list if the event is full.

Highly configurable and customisable, connect2 events can be tailored to meet your institution's specific needs. Just some of the benefits include improved access to event information, an increase in the number of academic event bookings (due to a convenient booking process) and centralised booking information for staff.
